We are now starting our second year with our awning and we love it as much now as we did the day it was installed. We knew we would love having some sort of covering for our South facing deck. It gets nonstop sun all day and was because of that it gets very hot and so we never used our deck during daytime hours. We spoke with friends of the sun and they came out looked at our deck, made great suggestions about the design of the awning and the installation. The day the awning arrived and was installed has been a huge change for us. First of all, the awning is beautiful to look at and such a high quality product. But the added benefit for us to finally utilize the deck space during the day has been huge. The awning has added another large space for us to use during the day. We now enjoy our deck during the spring, summer and fall like we never could before. And the added bonus we didn't even consider was how much cooler it keeps the inside of the house. Excellent experience. A lot more help than I expected. Andrea measured and help me with the colors and the awning looks great and I love it. The installation crew was wonderful. I love the awning and every home should have one. People do not realize that under the awning you feel as if you are on a little vacation.

I originally called Dorchester Awning when Walter was alive and I obtained a price on an awning that I thought was very high. It was an Eastern Awning. Andrea contacted me in March and informed me that they were representing a new line and would I like a price. The service was excellent. They went out of our way to make the experience a pleasaant one. Service is excellent. The installation crew did not leave a mess and were quick and very efficient. The staff was very service oriented and I would recommend them to everyone. If you don't already have an awning please call as it is such an important asset on a home.

I contacted Dorchester Awning out of the blue. I found them on their website which was outstanding. Mark came out and brought fabric samples and the mechanisim. Mark was very timely and gave us the quote right on site. He also gave us a photo of what the awning would look like on the house. The staff was excellent. I would recommend to all my friends and family. The best service I have received all year. Not only is it the best product I have dealt with in a couple of years and the installation crew was terrific. We deal in high end products all the time and we love this one.
